The LSU Tigers are one of the top teams in the top conference in College Football.  The only loss they sustained last year was to conference and National Champions Alabama, but performed well against all other competition in the SEC.  The Tigers enter the season ranked #3 and facing four teams ranked in the top 25 this year, a tough schedule this year.

While they experienced a period of difficulty in the 1990’s, LSU has been dominant in college football since 2001.  LSU sports recent first round picks DT Michael Brockers and CB Morris Claiborne, but have had many players in the NFL throughout their history from Y.A. Tittle to Steve Van Buren.  LSU has a rich history and are experiencing one of their biggest heights in school history.
